Hmm, have you tried looking up the VIN number through the Department of Motor Vehicles to see who the previous owner is?

I'd be inclined to stay with my lever locks given how many STRs I've stayed in out east where the motorized deadbolts don't quite align and end up jamming, but I'm open to others' experiences in this space.

We borrowed a motor home and moved onto the property.

Once the batteries get low the motor gets weaker and that never ends well.I think you want a keypad, the smartphone app based unlocking is really cool in videos, not so much in vacation life, in my experience. 

Most gm motors are bulletproof and require very little maintenance aside from regular oil and filter changes in my experience.i doubt I will ever lease .

Or, at the very least, back buy the full faith of the entity (GSE bonds) or corporation (ExxonMobil, Goldman Sachs, General Motors, etc.).
