Where the owner pays for the amount of time spent on the scooter.

i actually spent about $20K more than I made in my first year on media and such.To the OP...I've talked with many who wanted to get their license. 

I spent 9 years as a LEO before moving into the private sector.

Over the last 3 months we’ve spent $70k in rehab work. 1 property flooded, big storm across from the ocean we gutted it and it’s under construction 1 property had a lead incident, tenants ended up buying a house and we’re abating the unit.
