I will be leading the charge on building a scope of work, (if needed) reaching out to my extensive database of subcontractors for quotes/work, making selections/choosing materials, and the main one performing most of the hands-on labor, while teaching him (who has no experience) how to do these tasks.

He is a contractor and will be doing all the labor. 

I am estimating a build cost of around $200k - $250k on the high end due to the savings we will be getting from my FIL and our labor.

Unless you are someone who can do a majority of the work/labor, it’s unlikely the numbers will work on these properties

With the grace and mercy of GOD I will own my 1st Real Estate Investment property before the end of this year this will be 1 of many as I plan on retiring early so that I will be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor and help others where needed
