I filed a claim with bank but bank mentioned they will try to recover the money if there is money in the amount. but its not guaranteed.

I would also put in for the AirBNB guarantee as well.

The company I use sells an additional audit guarantee where they will do a fully engineered study if you get audited.

Did this company give you any guarantees if you invest this money?

If you have a $5k judgement, and you can get a guaranteed grand or two from an agency, that's not a bad deal *and* you have the satisfaction of knowing they will hound this person from here to eternity.
