How many properties / doors do you manage?

There is a very old door intercom and buzzer system that needs upgrading.

that we’ve learned in our 24 years, managing almost 700 doors across the Metro Detroit area, including almost 100 S8 leases.

I am embarrassed to admit how much time I have spend on these and I only have “2 doors”But I can say I used both Stessa and Landlord studio a lot so can actually be helpful here.

Don't over leverage yourself, start smaller and the bigger gems will show up at your door step before you know it.

I have witnessed people door knock for leads, that  being said I don’t want anybody at my door.

Found a park that was closing and started knocking on doors.  

It's also seen some stellar price appreciation with the median price doubling in the last 5 years.I own 12-doors there myself and live in California.Travis, if you don’t mind me asking, what brought your attention to the Detroit area?
