I am trying to find a good quadruplex in eastern Minnesota or western Wisconsin, and I’m curious to know from people in the area if I should be looking for good cash flow in the area or if I should focus more on appreciation?

Just moved to the eastern side of the DFW Metroplex in Princeton.

STR can work out in eastern CT, but they have to be near the casino and priced competitively when compared to the hotels in the area.

Now, I'm not saying we were racially profiled, but a Greek dual citizen married to a Russian nationalized citizen with plenty of Eastern European associates and friends...hell, if I was the Justice Department, I would want a closer look at us, too and good for them for doing their jobs.

We've both lived here for quite some time - I'm an architect working on ADU's / garage and basement conversions and he is a city planner for small towns in Eastern Oregon.
