They are equivalent in name only.The CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) only allows investments from RSPs in registered investment products (stocks, bonds and other registered products with OFSI). 

If you live near a larger metro area is there a Redevelopment Agency that the city has set up?

However, I used to find debtors for a debt collection agency (not proud of that job but I made damn good money) so I know how to find people which is where my skills will come in and hopefully make some good money out of it.

Using a buying agent for large purchases isnt normal practice since the listing firms are seeking dual agency and wont co-op commissions.
