They paid higher down as a place to park their money, propping up the housing values.

its a 4  unit mobile home park, all POH, 100% occupancy with slightly undermarket rents  separate sceptic and a single well.At the asking price of $240K, there is 12% cap rate.

I wouldnt go to meet ups saying I own a coffee shot, tech company and amusement park. 

In my opinion this is making it a great time to be a buyer which is why I bought a new house this year and am trying to buy another mobile home park.

@Allison Park if the vancancy rate is too low, that may not be a good thing either.
