The SW side of town is growing, has fast access to the strip and is very livable. 

And on the home front, Right in peoples own backyards, something I have noticed is fast food prices are not falling like they do in a recession.

It's a fast market right now and others on BP have said  that particularly in the south and east coast it can take a couple of months for property transfers to record.
