We are not focused on the passive income at this time as both working W2.Questions:1.

Similar to you my wife and I do most of the work on our properties ourselves.

We have worked through Zillow to advertise a midterm rental (also on other platforms too).

How does the Airbnb licensing process work in your area?

I work with investors. 

I now run a farm and still work in pharmacy. 

Renovation work throughout both apartments, gutted and refinished the basement as well as extensive work in the private backyard.

I have a real estate attorney that I have worked with in the past and will work with him on this also.Does anyone have advice on next steps and/or examples of terms, operating agreements, types of LLCs ect. ?
