I’m in the process of selling a lot for a spec home now and another for a double wide.  

I feel reasonably equipped for what we are trying to accomplish ( financial freedom in 5 years) but wide open to suggestions, guidance, mentoring, and changing the plan as needed;when needed.

If you stand on a wide and strog foundation that is much more secure than standing tall on a pair of thin sticks.

i think i have a potential seller its a double wide 1846 square feet move in ready , with a short white fence & a shed 3 bed 2 bath 2 living rooms they want 39500 usually single wide homes are at that price in that park but i dont see comps for double wide onesi bepieve lot rent is 500-600

I am doing everything virtual for now while I travel with the military, so honestly any title company thats works nation wide would be good.

While you are working on that angle, consider branching out into wholesale deals.
