Looking to promote it as a wedding venue opportunity.

I'm exploring all venues, but would like to have some turn key options, especially if buying at a distance.Any input would be much appreciated.Thanks guys!

Any political imbalances would likely to be rebalanced pretty quick if it got really bad here - too much rooted $$$$$.Overall, I think there is a cooling going on, but we still have a backlog of major projects in the LA area, and major venues like the LucasFilm Museum, Olympics in 2028, etc. and continued growth in transit options.

My towns have restaurants, movie theaters, live music venues, concerts on the green, great schools, and more.

Look at EaDo.... they built out a whole part of the city chasing a few trendy bars and venues (ha). 

Land to hike, ride horses, a nice venue if you want to do events, stay somewhere with a view.
