No traction here on Bigger Pockets, but read, study, and digest EVERYTHING IBD (Investors Business Daily) publishes and you will understand investing better than most people.

(kid finds a loose outlet and gets shocked, water is too hot and kid gets burned, no anti-tip device on the stove and wild child climbing on it gets crushed, etc etc etc).

It is a different market but you can expand your audience by being able to be downloaded by android device users.....I haven't used Facebook as of yet but creating a group (which as you know is free )  you can discuss and show your deals post pictures and allow others to engage you....the only thing I wouldn't do is advertise we can leave that for bigger pockets for investors and for the general public you can direct them to your webpage.....

In 95% of municipalities there is not a legal place to store a tiny home, except temporarily in an RV Park.Addressing why this issue would not reoccur with tiny homes is the key to this gaining traction.  

It is gaining traction. 

Wholesaling is tough to do part time in my opinion or it at least is much tougher to gain traction. 

But let's just say, the excrement hit the rotational cooling device, and it worked in our favor. 

Its one of the lessons many west coast investors learn the hard way.. when your buying in the mid west deep south rust belt its ALL about PM... at the price points these folks are buying at..What happens is you will not get any sales traction if you do not provide product that basically meets the 1% rule or a little better..

The shades, doorbell, temperature and more can be controlled by voice or device.

Wondering what your thoughts would be regarding a Virtual Project Management service to serve investors regarding: Estimating, Takeoffs, Permitting, Interior/Exterior Design Plans, Project Coordinating, Time Management, Receipt tracking, Light Bookkeeping( Payroll Included ), Communication, Daily photo sharing, Real-time Job progress tracking, Projected profits, Photo book creation, and overall daily tasks that can be done from a phone/mobile device or computer...Pretty much a complete Virtual Project Management Admin office...My Question: Any additional suggestions or topics that would be beneficial to your needs in which a virtual service could accommodate?
