Full disclosure, it's in my best interest for you to join exp... but (in my opinion) exp is tough for part-time agents.

I had my workers paint them before install on the ground though have seen people do it later which is silly Note:if it’s a multi you will probably need 1 compressor per unit I also have installed HVAC in buildings.

However, finding a good roofer who is reasonable with price to do maintenance/repairs, and on manufacturer's list of authorized roofers is a tough task.

I have been looking for a 2nd job but the market is tough unfortunately...

This must produce positive cash flow to protect downsideWith realistic expense estimates, this is tough at investor LTV.  

It's always tough to know if someone is just complaining or truly has something to point out that you can improve on.

BUT my wife and I are having a tough time keeping up with it.
