I received notices and a ticket for code violations (never received the ticket just code violations and invoices for the city contractors that "cleaned" the property).

I've been disappointed in the maintenance/repair ticketing.

It got me my first job in real estate as an executive assistant, and I later go to apprentice through a full time salary under a brilliant senior business analyst. i know have a fantastic job teaching me commercial real estate under another fantastic mentor.For $8,000 it has been the ticket that has made me thousands and hopefully some day millions while retiring early.

Real estate investor, if you did a cost segregation, amortization, depreciation, 1 time expenses, 1 time closing cost Fee's and this can differ from residential financing compared to 5+ financing.  1 time expenses on properties can be new roof, appliances, A/C and bigger ticket items. 

I bet the gurus arestill taking tickets in your town anyway.

You can purchase a ticket at the door or online before the event.

A kid's ticket with a kid's combo of pop and popcorn is around $10.

That way when those big ticket items hit you, the money is there and magically funded by those tenants and NOT you :)   Great post! 

They cost me 5k over the summer by locking my account for no reason and no matter how many times i escalated the case, Airbnb had zero answers and randomly closed my support ticket.
