Letters and emails that wouldnt move the needle at all.

Hi there,I'm fairly new to the landlord game and just yesterday received a rather disturbing email from my tenant.  

For example, idea would be to automatically send aggressive offers and or emails/texts so these deals can be procured, is there a way to streamline/automate this type of system ?

 how about filing a motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) and preliminary injunction to enjoin (stop) a foreclosure sale? 

I ask a few questions such as:-Communication - were they responsive to emails and calls-Property care - any major issues / did they leave the property in good condition-Reason for leaving - this would give you more insight if there were issuesAnd always respect privacy if they are not willing to share.

Just this past week, I got an email letting me know that they are making changes to all of the plans.

I'm not even sure you can prohibit them displaying a small, temporary political sign at all (legally), though as Theresa said you might be able to prohibit all signs. 

And on top of everything, I think the last thing about my returns,  it’s absolutely 100% possible because it’s exactly what I’m doing and I’m not trying to sell one piece of property so like the old saying says when you assume you make an *** out of you and me so stop making assumptions if you don’t know have a clue about my intentions which really are exactly as I stated in pure nature and when I get out of it is a group of people I helped and in the future, I hope that comes in handy, and I’d like to prove you wrong so if you wanna direct message me, I’ll give you my email show you everything and show you how much of an idiot you are
