VRBO is a very popular go to for that area and its worth the investment.Can always pull cash out of one of those properties because rates just dropped this week making refinances a lot easier on the wallet!

It sounds as if you're not happy with the asset, the size, the unit mix, and its performance.You could wait until rates drop, and find someone willing to pay a higher price than now.

The way I do this, prices could drop 90% and I'd welcome the day because that only means I can buy more while I still rake in the cash flow from the properties I already have.
