The 8 year point that VG talks about is very important.

Local investor meetups are also a great place to find a mentor and just talk to other investors in your market.It can be pretty scary buying your first deal, but at some point you need to pull the trigger if investing is truly what you want to do.

U need to talk to a local that does septic systems  just like a good well driller they will know the areas generally that are a problem..

I am new and I am checking in to see who is local to Albuquerque or in New Mexico and wants to meet up for coffee to talk about investing and goals!

And while NAR doesnt take it up, the state associations that do, do talk with one another.

She is a truck driver and had always claimed she is on the road and can't talk.

So if you had 20 of them, you're talking about a huge retirement kicker that you can build.If you're up there higher in age (i.e. 40's or 50's), then the long play doesn't make as much sense. 

He has talked about some of the deals he and his partners have recently completed, and they sound like awesome opportunities.
