The only way I could survive at the level I do is by leveraging my time and by having systems.

With kids and 2 dogs the likely hood of grass surviving may be slim.

I currently pay insurance and taxes and am up to date but without my job income I will have to start using the rent income to survive till I get another job which in Florida is hard to get full time.
