I'll check and see if they do e-file Thank you for your reaponses.Your title company just needs to contact the Trustee/Substitute Trustees who handled the foreclosure and have the Deed to your bank seller prepared and executed.

I'm not saying they substitute for legal advice; but they sure beat the non-lawyer form peddlers out there who sometimes mislead folks into thinking they are getting legal advice when they are not, in my humble opinion.BTW: Thanks for the nod my way @John Woodrich!

As the experts on this forum have noted, there is no substitute for an experienced attorney, but I think that book is pretty up to date as it includes changes from the 2012 Jobs Act that affected securities laws and made certain syndication and crowdfunding opportunities more accessible to non-accredited (i.e. not wealthy) investors.
