It's just good maintenance but an easy thing to let slide.

There was one slide today in our CPE that talked about people being able to use what they paid to subcontractors (issued a 1099) as the salary calculation.

On the contract it says the following:The applicable annual rate will be 4.99% for the first month, increasing .5% for each subsequent month, up to a maximum annual rate to the lesser of 7.99% and the maximum amount permitted. 

I've heard and read many thoughts on what landlords may, or already are planning on doing due to the Coronavirus outbreak and subsequent closing down of much of our beloved country.I've heard things such as:1. 

I have no intention of letting them slide on the total due, just to try and keep them in place and paying enough to get me through.Again, please reach out to the people you want action from now with ideas.  

This doesn't just mean getting market rent, but also not letting maintenance of the property slide.
