Under that, it gets very tough.If you plan on retaining/keeping any of the properties you pick up (whether using hard money or otherwise), I strongly recommend you start working with a lender now to see what can be done about your credit.

Only thing better would be initial deposit and then paid in full upon Certificate of Occupancy and punchlist complete.Of course, standard items should also be checked: licensed, insured, willing and able to pull all required permits, reference checks.I would also commonly avoid the cheapest bid you get.

Is there strong demand for rentals and is it potentially possible to rent a room for 1500-2000 depending on the location (slightly cheaper than a studio from what I've been seeing which is how I priced my rooms in AZ)?
