A place like this may do ok with displaced parties, but not likely for travel nurses or contract workers based on your description, depending what else is out there. 2 bedroom single-family homes are great rentals because they cost way less to buy and don't rent for much less than a 3-bedroom home.

Doing this (renting both entire house and single bedroom rental) allows us to be able to tap into 2 separate target audiences and accomodate those singer travelers, couples coming to the area that would normally scroll past our listing due to size/cost.

Also, in general, I wouldn't solely rely on a single source, rather: 1) collect feedback from various sources, 2) decide which components are the most critical for you personally, 3) weigh in on the pros and cons, 4) speak with all of the operators to add to the list of pros and cons, 5) and only then make an informed decision.
