I like the energy and know many people who sing his praises but for now he and I are in different camps.

Fast forward 15 years, and they all sing a different tune.

I have always believed that either you can join the world outside and sing to their tune or you can start your own band and make your own music.

At least there’s some of us out there that are professional and sing it right😎

Fortunately,  I never got burned (just a couple minor singe-ings).  

I'm not even sure if they themselves believe that by singing some ******** paper into law they are helping affordable housing. 

Giving them a home has no impact on their plight-it is like me teaching my dog to sing.

For sure one thing is certain he is no dummy and I am sure he talked to many lawyers about where he could go to avoid massive litigation and potential criminal and then set up shop and keep selling whatever he is selling to new folks.U still see it on any social media when his wife gets on and does the Poor this is not fair to Clayton or I routine.. there will be 50 people singing their praise..

Most of my rentals are STR's but can easily convert to LTR's and cash flow based on recent singed leases in the area.

Your not on the lease, so leave and sing a new lease everything fresh.
