Greetings all.I have recently fell in love with sail boating.

It has the two-car garage John wants, and the spa bathroom Mary has been looking for.")I think with people who are (or look) very young, you just have to get over the initial hump, prove a potential client's misgivings wrong about you, and then it'll be smooth sailing.

Now we are working at paying off all that debt and I have to say it hasn't been smooth sailing all the way because things come up but it's going good.

That boat sailed for me but in your position you should definitely weigh the pros and cons of doing the live in flip vs living in the RV.

That might come down the road but as of right now it has been smooth sailing with decent growth pace that I feel comfortable with (I usually gain about 1-2 properties per week).

@Amir Saile this is something that you and the seller will have to figure out...Depends on the situation.
