Phoenix where the "buyer" in the "offer" demanded an immediate refund "at any time for any reason" and that I had to "remove the listing while he did his "due diligence".

I doubt the bureaus will remove the inquiry without a police report for identity theft, and the lender who made the inquiry is likely to have an equally bad response.

Due to the market appreciation during the last few years of regular payments I was able to remove the PMI from all loans except for one.

Another thought - When purchasing HVACs, roofs, tree removal, siding, etc. you can very easily pay "retail" (just look for the biggest ad campaigns online) or you can save 30-50% by being your own GC and finding or going to the crews directly.

I finally got an agent to tell me that the guest has to be notified when their review gets removed.
