Have you run any numbers or put together a preliminary analysis to demonstrate the performance of the deal along with a proposed structure between yourself and the investor you are looking for and need?

The thought of 10s of millions in IRA wealth alone in 100 years does not shock them anymore, but they are still frugal (almost to a fault, working on that) and responsible with their money. 

And forget about cash flow.I’m investing in AZ and located an off market 19 unit property that is +10% cap, 9% CoC, and 1.4% DSCR.I’m also looking at Nevada. basically anywhere I’d like to go visit and mix business and pleasure.You can’t find that in Seattle/Bellevue.I’d be interested in getting your preliminary thoughts on where to invest for MF in 2019.Congrats on entering the REI game.

It was such a shock.

Then I looked at the map of them out of curiosity, and Im absolutely shocked to look at some of the locations in my area on the map. 

I was shocked to see the huge response and interest, 4 showings in one day, etc.  

I was a little shocked how expensive it was.
