thats prison time for that individual.. its one thing to have a little commingling  you just get a license suspension or revocation.but to abscond with it.. thats criminal.

I volunteer in prisons in California all the time (in non-covid times, at least) and I'm really close with a lot of the inmates, and a lot of them are now getting out.
