didn't want to post this there for "fear" that i might be castrated with words but i have to just say that it's a real downer to read.people seem very angry and up in arms.i'm sure with good reason, but wow - it's a real...downer.i felt sleezy/unclean just spending 15 minutes reading it.time for a shower!

Im not saying dont act at all because of fear im saying just make sure you already have an idea of your profit when you walk into a place'a note on satisfying your lender. you just need to satisfy yourself no one else is going to be thinking about satisfying you. good luck i hope you find a good deal. and things go well

The market here is very stable...we don't see a lot of appreciation but there's also very little fear of losing great sums of money due to a rapid depreciation.
