You seem to need a name.The search in our state gives you the option of searching all N/TR SALE documents for a specific time period.

The ones I see that do work and are legit are usually only good for investing in one certain arena, be it fix 'n flip, short sales, subject to, etc.

I agree with @Roy N. that it sounds like the weep hole(s) at the bottom of the storm window frame is/are blocked, or the weep area around the bottom of vinyl replacements near the sides is blocked.So, what type of window is this, so that we can suggest how to look for this?

I've done fix-n-flips, as well as buy and hold rentals, most of which I purchased cash, worked on by myself, and sold.

I am currently trying to get it planned for January 24th or maybe the 13th since Tom N. will not be able to attend if we have it on the 17th.
