If you discharge to a drywell, you won't have a staining issue because the water outlet will be under ground.

My issue is that the outlet that the AC unit plugs into is a 220v and the only AC units I could find that still ran on 220v were unnecessarily powerful (and expensive) for the units.

Count the outlets in each room, then go buy oil based air fresheners, like glade plug ins. 2-3-4 of them per room.

Several of the outlets didnt work in the house-The window guy called today, and after they had about 75% of the windows in, realized they had the wrong order.

They both offer Inspector Due Diligence inspections as well, basically a toned down inspection that looks for specifically problematic/expensive items... but they don't necessarily test every outlet and switch.
