Folks are still doing Lonnie Deals all over the united states and there are many that owe a lot to Lonnie-ME included.

Though in reality there probably will never be a better time for you to sell, unless there houses on the other side of yours that you could be packaged together for a larger lot to sell down the road, and then the property owners would need to be agreeable and all of you work together to list them and sell as a package.

I'm leery of spending a lot to build on it, though, as I don't see this area appreciating in value much more than just as the economy itself rebounds.

There is a LOT to it and if you plan to do a "Lonnie" you should certainly search for Bill's comments on other posts!
