I will also probably be writing a lot of contracts before I get a "bite" which would irritate most agents.

In this case, I don't think the current tenants are irritated.

They are less likely to be irritated because you explained your situation and they made the decision.

And it irritated me that they would waste my time.It was kind of funny for them to walk by the mailboxes, though, and see every possible international surname you could imagine on the mailboxes LOL.  

Tenant sends her check to the PM just to irritate me.

You can't compare what is happening now to the Spanish Flu or Bubonic Plague or even the most similar of outbreaks, Sars from a couple years ago.
