I had seen their ads for quite some time and read alot of really good reviews and all the success stories and had been to a few of the 3 day events to learn about real estate.

I'm sure everyone on this forum who has invested in KC can tell you at least one horror story about a PM company.

I personally never hear stories of the turn key provider spending extra sound proofing between units or investing in better quality fixtures or other high touch building materials so that the end buyer can enjoy reduced maintenance costs and better tenant engagement.

If you have had problems or been a victim of his company this would be a great opportunity to share your story and come together.

I own a two-story duplex where water constantly drips down the siding, even when it hasn't rained for days or weeks.

I will be able to do my first purchase in Q4.My investment goals are to retire from my W2 in 6 years by the time I am 40, continue my location independence and split my time between the business and writing (it's hard to give up stories when you have worked with it since you were 19).

And or never  borrow against them.. if your keeping it for life and never going to borrow against it thats another story.

I had a tenant who paid late every single month, like she’d usually give me half early in the month, and the other half after like the 20th, I literally didn’t care, she never missed a payment (she did abandoned here dog in my garage after she moved, but that’s a whole different story) but as long as you are getting paid in full every month you should be happy lol.
