The problem with the numbers that I see is the timeframe of repayment. 1 to 2 years at even no interest would mean a 50% - 100% return each year.

Hi @Patrick Gault,A lot of this depends on both on your time frame (for your first withdrawal) and how you define "low risk".If you are looking at needing the money in less than a year, the only "low risk" option that I am aware of is keeping it in cash.

(my latest was a 5 bedroom, $920 guaranteed rent, $500 clear cash flow on $60,000 investment) I'm just a retired architectural designer, but I found a unique WWll city with below market and inexpensive homes with huge demand from gov sub Urban dwellers!!!
