Time horizon matters a lot too, talking to a client in their 60's wanting to retire is very different than someone in their 30's looking to build and accumulate wealth. 

Anyone have some good tips for wholesaling around a full time job?

Seems like a hassle to remove cameras from inside every time a guest is coming.Outdoor cameras are good for near the front door but otherwise keep them out of areas people will gather or near pools/hottubs.I have the Eufy cameras (solar) near the door and Schlage Connect Z Wave locks.

As much as I can I try to keep my clients out of serious foundation repair as it is typically not a one time repair, but an ongoing issue over time. 

This targets family’s between homes, either because they just moved to the area; have a definitive time work contract; current house is being rebuilt/remodeled/repaired; students with “rich” parents; recent separated/divorced who needs space for children visits; Houston medical center stays; etc.  

But do you think that 4-5 years is not a window enough of time for them to recover?
