Did we see interest rates increase at a rate we've never seen in the last 40+ years?

We're far enough in our design process to require engineering services, so we've begun submitting RFP's to our pool of construction firms.Received more funds this week but need to increase momentum to meet our fee schedule.

And they just increased their rental limits to try and keep pace with cash tenants, so if Section 8 is part of your strategy, now is a great time.

My property tax increases have been 17% for both homes (no Proposition 13 like in CA with our max of 2% increase).  

I know prices have been steadily increasing over the past few years.

We don't charge any  up-front fees for this and it shouldn't be necessary, but do watch out for the upfront non-refundable "commitment fee" or "engagement fee."

I can make improvements that increase the value.

Also, the rule might create an atmosphere of fear, where members are hesitant to engage in open communication or ask questions.
