Hanging a license is not free and if you only use it every now and then, perhaps it would be better to make it inactive (if NY has such a status).

I don't see much of a point in active stock trading because over the long haul it's damn near impossible to beat the market.

I have also learned so much in action by having and holding of my home in MS including having an eviction within the first 6 months of the lease.

I can see how this would be a deal breaker, seeing as how the overall goal is to have someone on you team that will be doing his/her very best in actively finding deals for you.

@Charles Johnson I know that after a period of inactivity, Google sends an email that basically says "use it or lose it" within the next 30 days.

Now I am back in action going full force. 

A couple BP folks (myself included) have been hosting monthly meetups at different peoples' projects so people can get into the weeds on details and see different strategies in action.  

Or should I just remain inactive until I get out of school?

So at the moment while I put that plan in action (which I have been doing over the last 5 months) I am being a sponge and learning as much as possible here and in my local market.
