In Denver compared to Atlanta, I'm guessing material prices are higher (we're on the coast), you likely have more strict building codes to deal with the harsher weather, and you most certainly have fewer undocumented immigrants and unlicensed contractors competing for business and driving labor costs down.I'm curious to see all the photos, and see the differences between construction in Atlanta and Colorado.
