Some people arrive without knowing how to use sit-down toilets, even, or else being offended by them, so they squat on top of the toilets, anyway, and that doesn't end well. 

Yes, I'm wondering how they arrived at those numbers. 

A new roof today that costs $6k to replace (probably more in 30 yrs), but you can either budget $16.67 every month for 30 yrs, or budget $100/mo for 5 years prior to needing replaced, or hope to have the cash available when the inevitable day arrives.

Last week we attempted to close a wholesale deal in San Antonio but we were not able to proceed because we couldn't guarantee that our wet signature would arrive within 24- 48 hours. 

I'd go early open up doors etc, and when she arrives I'd ask her to walkthrough herself and do as mentioned above.

It is normal for the upstairs to be hotter.

Its hotter upstairs than it is downstairs, what's wrong with my HVAC?

My agent told me that when she arrived outside on morning of 9/4, he was seen through the basement window cleaning up as much as he can. 

I am leaning towards one over the other three due to prompt and respectful communication, arriving on time and following directions for the showing, nice personality etc.
