so there's hidden multi-family gems to be found all over the city but you really have to look because we really don't have neighborhoods of multifamily properties.

I consulted with a BP member a few weeks ago about how to find hidden gems in her town of Nashville and BOOM she sends me an e mail  YOU MEAN LIKE THIS   I said YUP.. thats Money..  

I am currently in negotiation for a property from the MLS with some hidden value that I believe I can capitalize on once purchased. 

I just helped one investor in Nashville for instance on how to research hidden lots.. and she found one straight away in the right venues there is HUGE money in finding build able lots that are hidden on OLD plats and not easily found.
