Each year at our trade meetings and in our trade groups these storm chasers are our #1 issue and problem, lots of fraud and just give the entire industry a horrible name.For example, JNS has a radio ad they run during hail season that I kid you not goes ".... when JNS comes knocking don't go running....."

It will not typically turn the ROI as other residential or real estate investments, as the property is too expensive, plus the additional costs you don't have in most of the country - wind\hail insurance for example.

If you know Austin, you should have said hail storm as there is a greater chance than an hurricane causing damage.
