if you do not have US citizenship, a green card, or a visa, make sure that if you are seeking financing that you either have a US co-sponsor or your lender can lend to foreign nationals.

So I was listening to a Seeing Greene podcast today (OK, I'm a few behind) and there was a discussion of title theft, then liens were mentioned later...

I highly recommend that you read the book "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat: The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy Made Simple" by David Greene.

Keep in mind that this program is geared towards investors who are really green and would benefit from having their hand held through their first deal.  

I'm still green around the ears but am preparing for my first rental property purchase this year.
