With 10% down you could probably find a larger home on a larger lot for $800k ($80k down) and plan on spending another $100k in renovations and furnishing. 

Anyway I’m 2 weeks into this deal and expect all the demo, repairs and paint to be wrapped up in the next couple of weeks and I’ll begin furnishing all the units with new stuff.

@Patrick HallIf you choose an experienced provider to work with, they should be able to furnish a lot of general information similar to what you're getting in these forums.

In addition, if the C/O is for 1,  and now will be 2, without the change and approval, the water and electric utility would not furnish you additional meters.

I would connect with some wholesalers in the area.Also, there are some alternative ways to invest in Real estate for a big return.. for example, there is a desperate need for corporate rentals (furnished short-medium term leases) that pay 3 times per month what a traditional lease would demand.

It's great you have a 5bd/2ba house, but you will also have to furnish and decorate said house to make it appealing to guests.

the rooms will be furnish one bed, 2 cabinets, and 32 inch tv with rokuI want this property to be for nurses only the reason why is because some nurses work the night shift and sleep during the day plus they just want to come make their money and go back home. they don't want to be stress with living situation.my question is would this be something that is legal in florida for rentals of a family home
