The market is full of garbage numbers and there is no shortage of newbies willing to acquire them.

Some charge for annual inspections outside of renewal times, and it's $50-$60 but it's truly a full inspection.

- regional / drivable destination (I've personally rented out a bunch of Airbnbs here)- already established STR laws (while very strict, they have shown to grandfather in permits and haven't proposed a flat out ban that would also retroactively take away permits)- Fredericksburg also fights new hotels just as hard as STRs.

@Puneet Mahi I moved from Canada on an E2 about 6 years ago to start real estate investing full-time. 

Most part time and full time investors use these loans due to the simplicity and straight forward qualifications.

To get a full picture, there are many, many questions you need to know the answer to, and this is only a partial list.

I live in the US full-time and visit a couple times a year. 

So it cost us the full say $6,000 charge.  

If so you may have some full doc options which have the best rates typically and terms.Like others have mentioned you have DSCR loans too but this only allows you to purchase non owner occupied properties (not primary residence or second home occupancy type properties).
