I think a suitable analogy is electric cars, its the difference between ford coming out with an electric car that is basically a ford festiva with  bunch of batteries stuffed in the front seats and the gas fill spout converted for a 110v socket compared to a tesla which was designed from the ground up to function as a sleek electric vehicle that is sexy and beats all records.

The happiest moment of my life I had $300 in my pocket, sack of clothes, box of books, my old flatbed ford, and just received my diploma. 

FedEx, Accenture, Ford is just the beginning.

Though the intent to try and employ Shannon was most likely good on your end, we considered it a conflict of interest, especially working for Ford, the same employer that you both have worked for.

Of course, she likes Johanna Gaines and Leanne Ford is her favorite, but she really prides herself on being able to design any style vice just the type she likes most.
