We just haven't gone to war, had an earthquake, a nuclear disaster, a 'fat finger', banks gone wild, etc, for the last couple years so its been rosy.  

I personally, have put notes on a back burner because of the many pitfalls.

Burner is a great app for a private phone number on your phone.

As I worked towards becoming a better agent I put investing on the back burner until I was ready to take it to the next level.I just took a 3 month road trip (living in the woods!) 

I want less debt not more.. and Vegas will stand on its own.. or pay cash there.. but pressing very hard for me to get that big loan so they could make a fat fee  LOL...

Yeah carpet smells nice and new for a few months until tenants get that dog and cat they say they don't have and start cooking pork fat every day.

That's right, for a variety of lifes up and downs, folks will back out for good reasons (loss of job, death in family, divorce, etc that completely refocuses them and puts investing on the back burner).
