The way I read on the screening is that you can't deny based on just 1 factor that they fail you need 2 and you some how as @Andrew Syrios stated, do so holistically which I really have no idea what that means.I know Landlords Inc is hosting their February 27th Meeting to talk about the ordinance and how it affects everyone.

Unfortunately only about 5 applications have been fully submitted and all of them have failed to show proof that they can afford to pay the rent and provide the proper references.
