Hello, it is a owner passed and child wants out because they are absentee, no section 8 and the tenants have lived there already for long time 13, 6, and 4 years with no desire to leave as long as I can keep the rent same or close to same and they are willing to sign 3 year leases.I have looked at single family houses and have not found a deal that compares.

Sometimes people don't want to live next to people that have a bunch of garbage in their front yard, that are loud and obnoxious, that are creepy and weird, or maybe who knows maybe the house next-door or on the same block had a murder or a shooting happen at it and it is a well-known thing that people can look up. regardless, I think that due diligence goes into affect here pretty well.

I noticed their business is listed as an LLC on their Zillow profile, and we also found that they have a few other unrelated LLC businesses that didn’t seem to work out for them over the years and were short-lived.
