LTR are about 40minutes a month each for the same tracking. 

Collecting rents is super easy and the bookkeeping features allow me to track all revenue & expenses for each property in a manner that makes filing my taxes at the end of year very easy. 

How do you keep track of insurances expirations, taxes dates, equity growth per house, rental growth in your area ? 

I want accounting, maintenance tracking and anything else that helps me manage the flow of my business. 

I have been able to supplement my income between gigs with the profit from the short term rentals and I have been able to pay down my mortgage quickly enough that I am on track to completely own this property outright by no later than the end of 2027.

As I explained, I’m using classes to track spending categories (landscaping, flooring, etc).

But since private money is relational based versus purely collateral based, you'll need a track record to prove yourself.
